$65 The culinary world of Harry Potter comes to life in this magical class! Drawing inspiration from J.K. Rowling's incredible books, we will work like house elves to create Chocolate Frogs, Cauldron Cakes, Chocolate Wands, Hagrid's Rock Cakes, Pumpkin Pasties, and Cockroach Clusters. With a bit of trivia and magical lore this class will be as fun as a day in Hogsmeade! As a special treat, witches and wizards may choose Butter Beer or Professor Flitwick's Cherry Fizz to enjoy after all their fun and delicious work!

Creations not devoured during class will be sent home to share and show off!

Class fee includes an apron that each student will decorate, wear in class and take home. Classes will also include lunch, which may consist of food prepared by students or a sandwich, fruit and chips with water or lemonade to drink.

$65 per class, per student class fee includes all supplies, lunch and an apron Creations not devoured during class will be sent home to share and show off! Classes encompass a variety of activities such as: completion of several recipes, lessons on food science, geography, foreign language and other projects.

The Mediterranean class may include Spaghetti and Meatballs with Tomato Sauce, Spanakopitta, and Falafel with Pita Bread.
The Latin American class may include Fried Plantains, Empanadas, Spanish Rice, and Pico de Gallo.
The French Pastry class may include Palmiers, Cream Puffs, French Butter Cookies, Apple Dumplings with Pate Brisee and a Savory Turnover.

Pie Making Class for Adults
$95 all supplies & recipes included. Learn everything you need to impress your family on Thanksgiving! Each student will complete & take home three pies. With all butter pie crusts each student will make a lattice-top apple pie, a pumpkin streusel pie & a pecan pie. Students will receive complete recipes for each pie. This is a very hands-on class, but no worries: sessions include plenty of time for Chef Sara Woodford to answer all your pie making questions. - more info
