Reward
On Card v. Printed Receipt
Your
PowerCard software can print paper rewards for customers to carry
or you can have their rewards stored directly on their card. Some
client prefer paper rewards as they "burn a hole in customer
pockets" while other clients prefer storing rewards on the
card, so customers don't have to present a coupon-like piece of
paper.
A
La Carte v. Auto Reward
The
A La Carte system allows customers to choose their rewards. They
continually accrue points until they reach the desired reward.
For example, 100 pts = Free Pizza; 250 pts = T-shirt; and 1,000
pts = Dinner for 4.
The Auto Reward system automatically rewards customers when they
reach a certain level. For example, at 150 pts, customers are
rewarded with a $10 reward. At this point, their point balance
resets to zero and they start they way to earning their next 150
pt reward.
