Having trouble signing in?

How our system works...
Keeping PowerCard information secure is our first priority. In order to obtain a password, you must first sign in to our member area using the birthday you submitted when you first registered your PowerCard.

If you have tried to sign in using your PowerCard number and birthday and are still having trouble, try entering your card number in here. If you still cannot sign in, the system will let you know what to do.

Your internet browser settings...
Our registration system runs a technology that uses "Cookies". A "Cookie" is a small piece of data that is placed on your computer so our server knows that you are logged on.

"Cookies" are temporary and are removed from your computer after a few months. Your browser settings might have"Cookies" turned off. If you will turn them on, you will be able to register. You can do so in Netscape under "Edit" and then "Preferences" or in Internet Explorer under "Tools" and "Internet Options".
