our system works... If you have tried to sign in using your PowerCard number and birthday and are still having trouble, try entering your card number in here. If you still cannot sign in, the system will let you know what to do. ...or you could just email us ;-) - support@powercard.com Your
internet browser settings... "Cookies" are temporary and are removed from your computer after a few months. Your browser settings might have"Cookies" turned off. If you will turn them on, you will be able to register. You can do so in Netscape under "Edit" and then "Preferences" or in Internet Explorer under "Tools" and "Internet Options". If you need help making these changes, feel free to ask us questions and we will help you with the process (it's pretty quick). Hope this helps! |
