By completing the PowerCard registration form and/or using a PowerCard, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
You must be 18 years of age to enroll.
PowerCard is for individual customers only. Points may not be credited to business entities.
PowerCard is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, or any unauthorized card use.
PowerCard rewards are not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotional certificates.
PowerCard is not liable for any Federal or State taxes incurred due to PowerCard.
Your PowerCard contains no monetary value and is not redeemable for cash.
Contact PowerCard at 877-229-7299 or support@powercard.com to report problems within seven (7) days.
Participating sponsors may impose their own rules.
You must present your card or your phone number at the time of the purchase to be credited with points.
Employees of participating merchants and their families are not eligible for membership.
You may be notified in advance of certain dates where purchases do not earn points.
One (1) point is earned for every one-dollar ($1.00) spent, excluding promotions.
Points are earned for purchases of food, beverage and merchandise.
Points are not awarded for gift card/certificate purchases, tax, deposits, rewards, comps or gratuity, unless otherwise stated.
Points do not expire, but have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Purchases prior to the date of enrollment do not earn points.
If your PowerCard is lost, points are forfeited if used or redeemed.
Only members paying the bill will be credited with points, unless otherwise stated.
PowerCard rewards are not valid for gratuity.
Terms and conditions may change at any time.
PowerCard reserves the right to add or withdraw participating restaurants, to make changes in the rules or prizes, audit or cancel your account, or
terminate the program at any time without advance notice.
