Concierge
Tap in to the tourist market by developing a program that rewards your local concierges. You supply each concierge with "Concierge Cards" and they suggest
to guests they visit your restaurant. When the customer presents the card at the restaurant they receive a special perk or discount.
To award that perk, the server swipes the card through your POS to track the purchase. At the end of the month, you can reward that concierge by giving them
reward value on that card or by commissioning them with real dollars. Its a great way to get tourists in your door.
